The Flex Kit is a health and self-testing kit that allows you to screen for common health concerns from the comfort and privacy of your home.
How does it work?
You purchase the kit from one of our retail partners. Your purchase includes your choice of ONE of our four basic tests: vitamin D, heart health, testosterone, and diabetes screening.
When you register your kit, you can select one of the basic tests included with your purchase or upgrade to one of our premium tests. You will then be able to follow the instructions to complete your test.
When you receive your results, you will see a section titled "What's Next?" This section will include appropriate options, like finding a healthcare professional or downloading your results to share with your provider.
