You finished collecting your sample(s). Now what?
Your test kit will contain a plastic mailing bag and a prepaid shipping label. As outlined in the instructions, you must write your name and the collection date and time (if required) on your sample or bag as instructed. Your sample may be rejected if you don’t include this information.
Place your sample into the provided biohazard bag and seal it tightly. Then, place your sample inside the mailing envelope and stick the return label on it. Make sure to use the appropriate shipping label if you are completing multiple kits.
Mail your sample using a local USPS dropbox or your mailbox.
