Is the process fully automated?

After you connect Home Test Box to your Shopify store and add the products you want to sell to your store, the rest of the process can be automated.

What do we mean by “can be?”

By default, Shopify stores are set to Manual Fulfilment. You need to send each order to Home Test Box manually by clicking the Request Fulfillment button.

OR, you can set your Shopify store to Automatic Fulfillment by visiting the Shopify Settings --> Checkout. 

Scroll down to the Order Processing section and under the heading.

After an order has been paid, select Automatically fulfill the order's line items.

Click 'Save'

Depending on your selected fulfillment method, we will receive the order data from Shopify and begin fulfilling the order.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the selected shipping method.

Once the product is handed to the carrier, both you and your customer receive an automatic email confirming the delivery and providing a tracking code for the package.
