Is there a reason why the shipping status has not been updated?

If you see that your kit's shipment status is stuck at "Registered" on your dashboard, there is no need to worry. This is a rare occurrence, and it simply means that the most recent information from the shipping vendor has not been made available for us to reflect on your results dashboard. However, the status shown in the tracking link sent to your email is accurate and your kit is still moving through the process.


If you notice that there has been no movement in your order or sample tracking for 5 business days, please contact our support team to find out what the next steps are.
